The Lannisters are the wealthiest family in Westeros. The Lannisters of Casterly Rock ruled as kings until the Targaryen dragons conquered the continent. The family was brought to King’s Landing through Cersei Lannister’s marriage to King Robert Baratheon. Cersei rose to power by defeating her enemies, however, she lost three of her children in the process. She now sits on the Iron Throne as the Queen of the Seven Kingdoms.
